Our policy concludes our policy deployment in regards of the environment, working environment and quality. We call it our business policy.
The Björn Axén Business policy
Björn Axén shall offer services and products that create conditions for a sustainable development and good finances. Our quality approach aims high and we always strive to develop through our core values; quality, creativity, classical techniques, trend awareness, ambition and humility.
Our co-workers are our most important assets. We strive for a pleasant and safe working environment, relevant knowledge within our staff and an open entrepreneurial climate. High ethics, moral, following the laws and other regulations are self-evident measures.
The chain of suppliers
All of the Björn Axén products are made by producers that follow Swedish and European legislation. In order to secure the quality, working conditions and the environment, the producers of Björn Axén’s own chemical technical products are all certified with:

Sponsorship
Björn Axén has participated in several charity projects through the years. In 2009 we participated as sponsors for the event “Lonely Mothers”, arranged by the organization Chief for an event in Fryshuset (a youth centre/school).
Environmental policy
Our type of business affects the environment in different ways; some more, some less. Our aim is to reduce our environmental effects by following an environmental strategy internally as well as externally.
The demands for recycling are increasing in today’s society. This also means higher demands on us who deliver products and services. As a consequence, our line of business must manufacture more environmentally friendly products. Björn Axén has introduced two products that are completely ecological. Our ambition is to strengthen our environmental profile and become certified with an environmental diploma.

Some of our environmentally improving measures:
·We have introduced a holistic approach on the documentation management within the entire organization and subsequently adapted our mechanical equipment.
·We’ve managed to cut our yearly paper consumption with half with simple means like printing on both sides.
·Our ink cartridges are returned for recycling.
Björn Axén has made a conscious decision to provide official vehicles. We prioritize public transport before taxis and trains before flights, whenever it is possible.
